Defective item received, poor customer service
- - Seams sewn inside out on arrival.
- - Customer service offered repair instead of replacement.
- - They refused sending same style in-stock in any color.
Purchased an item and when received, the seams were sewn inside out. Contacted customer service and they did not offer to send out a new one right away.
Only option was to wait for that garment to be fixed and sent one later. This was not acceptable so I asked if they could just send the same style in whatever color they had in stock and they said no.
Im surprised this company is still in business with their return policy and final sales. They sent me defective merchandise and expect me to keep it because it was on sale?

I purchased the wrong size and have to pay $30 shipping fees and then get store credit
I accidentally purchased the wrong size swim suit and now have to return it within 7 days, and pay a total of $30 in shipping fees. And then get store credit for the rest.

Refusing to take back a swimsuit bottom after I spoke to a rep that I wanted to compare side by side. Never did they say oh you won't have enough time in our return window to do this.
No phone contact to call directly. HORRIBLE customer service.
