Verified ReviewerTolls
- - Maryland tolls led to over 800 in civil penalties due to late fees.
- - Original citations were never mailed; notices came in one packet.
I was in Maryland for a limited amount of time some of the roads are very confusing not knowing where tolls were at. I received multiple violations in the mail all at one time totaling over 800.00 for tolls because of the late fee.
No citations have ever been sent to my address for any of these tolls until after the civil penalties all in one packet. I will not pay this amount at all this is the second time this has happened the first time same exact thing I received a letter with over 10 tolls equaling over 300 i paid it but i will not pay this at all. I was never sent the original citation and didnt even know i had citations until i just received this packet.
Either all the civil penalties are dropped or No payment will ever come from me. After researching this is a big issue in Maryland, if I don't get resolution i will submit this evidence to CNN they will love a story like this, maybe this needs nationwide attention because this is thievery!

MDTA tow truck changed my tire so I would not have to wait for Insurance company truck which would not be to site for 3 hours
- - Kenyon Greene helped on Rt. 95, changed a flat tire, saving hours waiting for a tow.
- - He was kind, polite, and a great employee.
I (Janice Keay)would like to put a "shout out" to KENYON GREENE who helped me on Rt. 95 with a flat tire.
I was going to have to wait for a tow truck from my insurance company for hours. Mr. GREENE stopped and changed my flat tire. He was kind, polite and was a great person to see when you are sitting on 95 thinking you are stuck forever.
What a great employee!
THANK YOU KENYON GREENE! Janice
EZ PASS over charges
- - EzPass deductions appear higher than charges (1.40 vs 2.80/3.80; 28/25).
- - Total overcharge: $152.50 for both vehicles; MDTA refund planned.
Okay!! ALL who use EzPass please take the time to go over your statements Looks like I will be spending the day tomorrow at MDTA getting my money back statements show $1.40 deductions however the math is WRONG way WRONG actual calculations show 2.80 being deducted... or 3.80 then a whopping 28 dollars in one case 25 dollars in another case total amount over charged to my Ex pass for both Vehicles
$152.50!!!!!!!
this is actually only statement I had gone over and wonder how much more I have lost
