Mishandling payment
Maryland state retirement refuses to take responsibility of mishandling my early withdrawment.
Unfortunately I have not been receiving mail on the regular basis therefore I requested to pick up my check. Because Maryland state mailed my check my check was stolen.
Someone deposited my check into their account fraudulently. A number to check it's in a whole status at a banking institution that I have nothing to do with. And therefore they will give me no information on the investigation or status of the check. Maryland state has grown eBay said they do not answer my calls they will not give me any information on the investigation or if an investigation is even going on.
A statement that I got from the director of this pension phone said we cannot pay a member twice we mailed you your check the check was then cast and the money is at a banking institution. He continued to explain that I can contend for my money at that depositories institution. Before they explained that I will not receive payment until the banking institution returns the funds.
August 31st is when I was to pick up my check. I still do not have payment October 26th.
My 1099 is incorrect and I can't reach anyoneby phone
I was without my knowledge contributed to an IRA Roth
To reach someone by phone I need a 4 diget number.
Never had one and don't understand how to get one
Preferred solution: correct the tax info in my 1099R

I work 17 years on one job became very sick with multiple injuries on the job as well as being sick from occupational diseases on the job file for Maryland State retirement three times been denied if anyone has filed with Maryland State retirement they will leave you to die they will not support you no matter how much you paid in there should be a law it depends on your race and not your disability we need to have strong advocates to help people with Maryland State retirement if anyone has filed with them and been denied they should call and let theMaryland governor know about their situation so that we can change the law on this Maryland State retirement it is a shame and it's disgusting how they treat people this should be investigated and find out what is the real problem.
