Misleading return fee
While I enjoy ordering from Marylandsquare, they mislead when stating that return and reorder is 'free'. There is a $9.99 fee for using the fedex label.
When I pointed this out while using their chat system, the only response I received was the same explanation :there is a $9.99 fee for using the fedex form. Since I will have to pay USPS to return this item if I don't use fed ex form, it's still not 'free'. So, it's just a bit disappointing that they aren't honest, and their chat forum is useful up to a certain point.
I'll still purchase from them, but this is just disappointing customer service. And good luck trying to email them!

Can’t get on my computer
I can’t get their website on my computer and there is NO customer service number to call so I can talk to a human. Lousy customer service!!
No one answered my call. I have disabled my VPN and still cant get your website on my computer.
This is very annoying because it is hard to see a picture of the shoe on the phone. I have been a customer for many years and do not appreciate this treatment.

Dissatisfied with customer service - or rather, lack thereof.
Attempts to have product questions addressed through communication with both online chat and phone were unsuccessful. The online chat forum was never answered.
Attempting via phone had me on hold indefinitely until I gave up.
I decided MS was not worth the effort and have lost all confidence in this company. I do not recommend shopping with MS.

The customer Service helper was looking very hard for a pair of Easy Spirit I thought you might have-Traveltime Clogs in a Forest Green, or Winter Green color but she could not find that color for me. She sure did try.

I buy all my shoes at Maryland Square and I buy quite a few. I have been happy with most of my purchases.
In the last year or so I have purchased at least 4 pairs of shoes, Array Freedom. They are the shoes that always fit me well. However in my last purchase of yellow Array Freedom I have found that the shoes are at least one size smaller than normal for that shoe. I have tried repeatedly to get them to fit but it is impossible.
They fit as if they are at least one size too small, although they are imprinted as
size 8 1/2 N, which is my size and the size I order in all my purchases.
I have the same shoes in black, red, and pewter, which are fine and all ordered from you. Please correct this situation.
