Your employee Darius (manager) ran into me with a cart

Your employee Darius hit me with a cart full of ice buckets, etc. The employee tried to run until a witness stopped him.

He never returned or apologized. He was very nasty and would not give his last name.

I asked for his supervisor, and he said he doesn't have one because he's the manager. Then he quickly ran off with the cart.

Preferred solution: Apology,Some kind of compensation for the incident .we left early ruined the entire night, feeling unsafe with my surroundings.
