I am too my wits end with the company Hopper. I booked round trip flights for my honeymoon on hopper back in March 2023.

The flights were round trip from BWI on November 9th, with 1 layover in Toronto, to Montego Bay Jamaica. The returning flight from Jamaica back to Toronto and home to BWI on November 13th. The day before our flight, November 8th. I received an email from Hopper stating our seats had been changed and to make sure we checked in for our flights.

I of course checked in to the flights but it would only let me check in for the flight to from Toronto to Montego Bay. I called Hopper, on November 8th and let them know that it would not allow me to check in for the initial flight from bwi to Toronto. Thier response after (26 mins, ) was they can not assist with checking into flights and that i would have to get assistance at the airport before our. The day of travel (November 9th) we got to the airport at 3am for our flight that was suppose to leave at 6am.

After running around the entire airport for hours and trying to call Hopper again ( apparently they won't answer a phone till 8am) we were told from management at bwi that our flight had completely been canceled! Hopper failed to notify me of any cancelation, even when i called them the day before about not being able to check in to the flight! Because of it being canceled of course we would miss our connecting flight as well. Me and my husband have been married for 16yrs and finally saved up money for a honeymoon!

The only option we had since of course you can't contact Hopper was to use an emergency credit card and hit up and book the only flight to Jamaica that was leaving through Delta. Since it was same day flight it costs us an additional $3400 to insure we could get to and from Jamaica. There was no way after the stress that hopper had caused that i was taking any chances on the return flights that were booked with them! When we landed at our connecting flight through Delta, i had called and finally reached Hopper and at this point was crying because i couldn't believe what had happened thus far.

They ensured me that they were sooo sorry i wasn't notified, and that my entire $1620.08, that i spent through them would be refunded. I also had bought there flight cancelation insurance so they told me they were escalating the problem to internal review and that i would get a refund no later then 10 business days! Of course i was still pissed considering i had to pay an additional $3400 because thier mistake yet only get my original flight money back but its not like i can make them pay me. Flash forward to today DECEMBER 4th!!!

I have called everyday for the past 2 weeks and every person tells me that they are reviewing my case, puts me on no less then a 30min wait, and tells me they are trying to contact internal review. And there's long wait times so they will call me back within the hour... this has been atleast 8x I've got the same reply from every rep!!! Today i even asked for the number to this so called internal review to get it resolved myself and the response was they have no number for me to call and that again the rep would call me back within the hour!

That was at 8am it is now 11:52am. All these people do is just *** you and get you off the phone so the next person can tell you the same thing! I'm pissed. I want my money!

They completely ruined traveling all together for my honeymoon.

I have already did reviews for pissedconsumer.com and now they want to do an actual recorded interview which i 100% will be doing! Hope can i get this resolved.

Stolen items from hotel room

On 8/5/2023, saturday i came back to my hotel room, about 6pm. 1603 brightseat drive, Hyattsville, MD.

I found all my items removed and my wallet was ransacked and 70.00 was taken. Hotel Mgr Falana Martin refused to answer her phone. I was told by staff member, "she do not like to be disturbed on the weekends". I have filed a police report; #23-004****, Officer Whiterspoon, phone# 301-772-****.

I have contacted Sandpiper LLC, no one has reach out to me. I filed complaint with " pissed off consumer". As of monday 8/7, i will be looking into legal action, if any or rights violated and neglect on WoodSpring suites.

It is 2:17am in the morning sunday. Sitting/sleeping at Maryland rest stop.

Due to hotels having no rooms became of a Beyonce concert. I was down visit a local church which was 6 to 8 mins away from that hotel. The hotel staff, has lied to me several times, over and over about who went into my room and why. They have given me false names and titles.

I am discussed with this treatment and how they have lied to cover for each other.

It terrible for staff to do these things and no one to be persecuted for this. How many more customers have they done this to!!!

User's recommendation: Do not do business with this site. 1603 brightseat drive, Hyattsville MD. They will steal, lie for each other, and the Mgr is not responsible for her location. She needs to be replaced.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.

Bought a brand new 46,000 dollar fifthwheel trailer on 11/28/20 from Chesaco RV had to bring it back right away for warranty issues they missed on pre delivery inspection that I paid for. The trailer has been their for 6 weeks and hasnt even been brought into the shop to repair.

They called me today and told me they might get the trailer in next week to start the repairs. The excuse they keep giving me is they had a mechanic quit, theyre short handed and theyre real busy. In what world is this acceptable!

I have been diagnosed with cancer and was looking forward to getting away with my wife to share some time together before things got bad. This experience has put an extreme amount of stress in our lives and we would like it to end.

Preferred solution: Fix the trailer before I Die
