Worst crochet kits ever

Royal Fanfare Throw is the worst kit ever to thepoint that I will never purchase another kit from you. I have been crocheting and knitting for 40+ years so I do know what I am doing. The material is total crap the instructions are also total crap pobably why this kit disappeared real fast from your catalogue and I am out $50. Mary Maxim PRISM yarn-made in China there is the problem. From now on I will use your catalogue to get ideas only and will order all my yarn elsewhere!

Kit had missing and faulty parts.

Downhill skiers stocking kit lacked embroidery needles and a Design Chart. Worst of all, the white felt was marked with black, wide lines and I was unable to use the stocking back piece. I had to purchase new white felt to complete the stocking. I'll be happy to mail the felt to you. Cust. # 2584**** Ref. # 71611**-**

Felt stocking kit unusable as shipped

Kit had no design chart and no embroidery needles. Also, the white felt was marred by long, heavy black marks. Could not use the white piece for the stocking back. Had to purchase additional white felt to make a usable piece. I will be glad to send the marked material if you would like to see it. After making some 50 felt stockings over the years, I was surprised to find one so poorly inspected.

Very dissatisfied

Worst On line customer service! I placed an order on May 11, 2020. I got an email on May 18th saying the order was shipped and I would get a tracking email within 3 to 5 days. Because of COVID and thinking Canada post would be slow I waited two weeks before I called them. I was then told my order had not been shipped because my credit card did not match my address. I was also told I should have gotten an email telling me this. I did not get an email. The lady took down my information, checked her inventory, told me she had everything and would get it out to me ASAP. I waited another two weeks and called them. I was then told some of my order was on back order and they had everything now and would send it out ASAP. I asked for one thing......I had already paid 20.00 to have it mailed and waited one month. I asked for them to express mail it to me. The lady said I could pay more money to have that done. I said they should bite the bullet on the difference because of the poor service and my month long wait. The lady checked with her supervisor who told her it would be shipped regular mail on Monday. I asked to speak to the supervisor (Lori) who told me after my story that she would send it out Monday regular mail. I told her they had said that two weeks ago and it still hadnt been shipped. She then proceeded to tell me that part of that was my fault as I provided the wrong address for my credit card. I am not proud that I got a little angry at this point but really? If I hadnt called after two weeks I would never have known that.....I did not get an email or phone call telling me my address did not match up! So now its a month later and they tell me it will be shipped regular mail on Monday.....do I believe that? How about a little good faith and eat the extra charge for express post. They lost my order and I will never shop with them again! I will also tell anyone who will listen. Was that really worth it?
