This is a worst company for many of the ex-employees who worked in this organization and spoiled the careers only because of working loyal to this fraud company Marvist. The worst and cheapest character of the management is they will file fake police complaints on Employees who is willing to quit the organization and management will make sure the employees’ not even getting the offer letters or any other employment proofs. We believe that the management weared bangles and behaving like a ….. The CEO is from old city and the following points are the reflection of his mind and type of the environment he has grown. The character of the management defines here – Management spokes to their senior employees in this way “The women who are coming to attend the interviews in Marvist, will try to impress the management by showing their b**bs. Don’t fall for it. If you want enjoyment go to the pr***itutes and you can expect some enjoyment there by giving few bucks” In another meeting he spokes very badly about the Muslim women – In management words “why they are wearing burkas and what they are hiding inside? Why they are creating anxiety to the Male people?”. And he is person will tell to the employees to be professional. He himself don’t know what is professionalism means and he will compare himself with Wipro, Infosys and TCS. Will those companies filed police complaints on employees like this old city person? Then why he is treating himself equal to Wipro and TCS? Marvist Digital Marketing Pvt. Ltd., ( Marvist Web Solutions / Marvist Consulting Pvt. Ltd., / Eeksha Web Media Solutions / Dawson Goldman Services ) intentionally spoiled many employees careers by · not providing employment proofs for more than 90% employees · providing wrong employment proofs with the names of different entities · filing police complaints on employees · ensuring employees work late hours · threatening the employees that he knows rowdy sheeters in old city The company management continuously uses parliamentary words on the staff (including women staff). The cheap character of management is, if any ex-employee goes and tell the details of other ex-employee like where he is working and when he contacted you etc… details, they will process the offer letter, relieving letters, experience letters and PF signatures as quickly as possible within one or two days to the ex-employee who shared the details.
