I'm 86 years old and over my lifetime, they are the rudest and worst retailer I have ever dealt with!

Made a purchase on-line and received an update 4 days later claiming the order was completed. No tracking info was provided on the completed order.

Near a month later, no product, no responses to inquiries using their on-line customer service form, and no responses to telephone inquiries to unanswered lines. This company billed the credit card immediately but has failed to deliver on the product they were paid for. The company then fails in the basic art of customer service. As I research this company, it is a pattern of business neglect they operate to.

I guess repeat business is not what they are looking for. Many customers have been stiffed this way if you read their on-line reviews.

I resolved this issue by contacting my credit card company and letting them deal with the owner as he was a piece of work. Continued to claim he shipped product (no tracking number), then claimed I did not receive it because it got damaged (no notice or follow up plan) and finally claimed I was refunded when my credit card company admitted no refund was in the que.

Very spiteful man the owner of this place. You may find the background checks interesting.

I ordered an item that was supposed to be shipped within a few days and to arrive within a couple of weeks of ordering. I paid for the item by credit card, which they charged immediately.

So far, as I write this, I've been waiting for a month and a half to receive or even get and update on shipping from the business. They do not answer the phone, do not return calls, do not reply to emails, which is actually a contact form on their website (no email address appears on their website).

I went to the BBB website to find over a hundred of complaints about this business of similar problems. They take the consumer's money and don't deliver the product.

If only they were as quick to respond to my inquiries as to my order as they are to charge my credit card.

No refund from marvin gardens

I did that and have not been able to contact them by email 2 addresses they won'reply to me.

Be warned ebay thinks they are nice people and don't to here about it

pay pal says its not their thing.

Notonly did Iloose the purchase price and shipping cost I also lost the cost of shipping it back to them.

I buy on line all the time until now everyone is honest O well
