Terrible customer service

So I used to be a huge fan of the game several years ago, then stopped playing after my phone was destroyed. Recently saw the ad and was feeling nostalgic so I thought Id pick it back up.
Kabam isnt working. Customer service claims they found my account but I have to prove my identity with info years old and lost. It doesnt matter that its the same email or that I can provide the username/tag, or my top characters. Im not starting over so theyre shooting themselves in the foot on this one.
My years-dormant account and they dont want me to pick it up again. Literally keep sending me the same copy/paste email no matter what I say in mine. Fee like Im talking to a wall.
Might as well be, I suppose. Hundreds of hours lost And now Im being cheated out of it.

You cant buy the same item on a daily purchase. I request a refund of $9.98.
I tried using the App Store but they denied me 3 times. I also called them but they only redirect you to use email or forms to contact them.

This is the only app on my phone that will stop working. Boosts have a time limit and most of the time they are wasted because the app constantly stops working.

Want. These. Champions. Like anything Captain Marvel or the special Black Widow that exists because of the movie because they're not movies, they're alt-LEFT propaganda trash and if I'm FORCED to see these characters every time I open your game.
I'm gonna stop playing your game. But hey who cares right?
