I was very dissatisfied with the customer service as I stated in my previous post I used to be a manager in the fast food business, and I know that the customer can be assisted at the window.
First, let me start by saying I love Martin's. But this morning, I went through the drive-thru at the Austell location and waited for 5 minutes; no one responded, so I drove around to the window, and the cashier kept changing his headset (almost like it was not charged).
I explained to the employee that I waited, and he refused to take my order and told me to get back in line. I asked him to go ahead and take my order because I was on my way to work, and I would come inside to pay; he closed the window.
I used to work in the fast-food business, and as I recall, customer satisfaction is important, and they are always right. I also remember that once the beep goes off, you should be taking the customer's order.

Preferred solution: A gift Card would be nice because I send a lot of money getting breakfast at least three times in a week.

The girl at the drive-through snatched my drink out of my hand and was angry about me not wanting to pay for a drink price. When all I was getting was water.
I called her out on the price difference. There was a hair in my coleslaw. The coleslaw was nasty looking. The parking lot is nasty.
And obviously human resources are Customer Service is not doing anything about it. I have called them numerous times regarding this situation.

I ordered food last night. When I got home, the food was not fresh.
The pupusas were hard and the tomatoes were in a bed of oil. I asked for medium well steak, but it was raw. I have high blood pressure issues, so I couldn't eat that. I tried calling, but no one answered.
Today, I came back with the receipt and the food. The manager was very rude and wouldn't listen. She wanted to talk over me.
I spent $78.00 on food and I'm very upset right now. Can someone please give me a call at 769-366-****?

Avoid at costs. Restaurant was empty yet none of the 5 employees could bother to take my order after I waited 10 minutes.
Another 7 minutes wait for my 1 biscuit plate which was not even what I ordered. Then the lady who gave me my food says you should be saying youre welcome in a very rude tone.
It was pretty shocking behavior from a grown woman who seemed like the manager. I will never visit another Martins.

I for a long time have loved martins. Ive been a big supporter and have always given you guys as a recommendation and praised the food you guys consistently provide.
It has been a month or so since my last visit due to having a new child and being off work. I went this morning and was shocked at the price for my order but didnt mind because I know its worth it for the quality but was I wrong. The chicken in my biscuit was hard and the taste was very off. The hasbrowns have shrunk and were soggy.
This could be a one off experience but idk if Ill be back anytime soon.
Please do better. Especially with how the economy is going for the price the quality should be the same if not better especially for the price.

I was in this location Thursday September 14th at 10:48. The manager on duty was doing something on the register so my wait time was a few minutes.
The regular cashier I assume, was waiting to take customers orders and proceeded yo blow her nose at the register, at least I think she went over and washed her hands. When is this acceptable? I work retail now but was a Ga state food certified food handler at one time. I finally placed my order and ask for a small tea and she said what a senior tea.
She gave me my total as I was handing her my card, and I said thats not right I didnt order a small biscuit. She ran my card anyway. What kind of people do you have working that dont listen to the customers? The manager on duty said I can fix it, heck I didnt want my card ran twice!!
Listen the first time yo the order!! This isnt the first time my order has been wron, it was last week as well when my daughter and I came in.

I went to Martin's breakfast on Jonesboro rd. In morrow ga.
I ordered grits and a side egg. I gave a 20 dollar bill and I only got back 7 dollars. The order was $2.74 cents. I told the girl at the window.
She said I gave her a 10 dollar bill. I did not even have a ten dollar bill. I had only a 20 dollar bill. The manager at 1.30 p.m.
on Sept. 1.2014 said that it was not so. These people cheated me and I am filing a complaint. There would be no way I would go thru all of that for nothing.
The receipts that they give you does not document how much they give change for. I will never go back there.
They need people who dont lie on a job and a manager who has managerial skills. Low income.

This low income. People most likely make minimum wage or less. The manager need skills. My money was stolen and lied upon.
I gave 20 dollars for a 2.74 purchase and one got back 7dollars. Palin as day. People know what they give and how much is to be given back. Martins stole my money.
