Deceiptful membership fee

I agreed to pay for a question to be answered. This was to cost just £22 but when I received my Visa statement I found that the company had debited my credit card twice. Apparently by asking for one question I had agreed to become a permanent member which I think would have cost me £22 per month. To add insult to injury my question was never answered satisfactory anyway and I am left with the impression that this company adopts very sharp practices to gain business. I would not recommend this company to others. I have looked at their web site and needless to say I cannot find any way to contact the organisation to cancel my membership.
