CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!

I RECENTLY PURCHASED THE NEW G2 VOICE BY MARTIAN WATCHES ON KICK-STARTER. I ORDERED IT IN EARLY DECEMBER 2017 AND UNDERSTOOD IT WOULD ARRIVE AROUND MAY 2018. WHEN I RECEIVED IT, AROUND APRIL 28TH 2018 I WAS ESTATIC. I COUDN'T WAIT TO SET IT UP. UNFORTUNATELY I WAS NOT IMPRESSED. THE WATCH IS A FINE LOOKING WATCH BUT PALES IN COMPARISION WITH OTHER SMART WATCHES I HAVE OWNED. I REACHED OUT TO RETURN THIS WATCH RIGHT AWAY AND REQUESTED A RMS #. SO FAR 2 WEEKS WITH OUT A RESPONSE, OTHER THAN TO SAY IT WAS PROSESSING. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A RETURN INITIATED. THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE. NEVER HAVE I SEEN SUCH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE. I HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH AMAZON AND EBAY AND THEY RESPOND RIGHT AWAY. I WILL CONTACT BBB WITH THIS ISSUE.
