Never received report
Purchased report the emailed report was wrong with incorrect codes, wouldn't respond to emails, then after 6 months sends email that he sent report, report was lost in post , after emailing with the issue then blocks my emails, still never confirmed that he even corrected the original complaint , got ripped off for over 300 bucks and blocked communication

Ordered an elite report but they wouldn't accept buck tag info to include in the report with no good reason given other than to say if i used it, that is fraud. Made absolutely no sense. Mrs. Marti is rude and impertinent on the phone behaving in a way implying she can't be bothered with questions when someone seems to know more than her. I have ordered several reports from them and have had to deal with the same take it or leave it arrogant attitude because they are "licensed" from Ford. They are very quick to flash the "fraud" card when in fact they are the ones committing fraud! Recommend staying away from them!
STILL WAITING AFTER 6 MONTHS FOR A TAG THEY DONT CARE...JUST TELL YOU STORIES .. NOT CAR PEOPLE ANYMORE JUST GO FOR YOUR MONEY CALLED EACH MONTH ..THEY JUST CHANGE THE TIME IT TAKES NEED ANOTHER SOURCE FORD DUMP THESE PEOPLE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES SAME OLD TUNE ......JUST WAIT WILL FAST ON TAKING YOUR MONEY AND HIGH POSTAGE NO OTHER PLACE TO GO AND THEY KNOW IT FORD GET RID OF THEM NEED 100 WORDS HERE FOR SOME REASON NOT SURE WHY 100 WORDS IS LONG LONG LONG EVEN THIS SIGHT MAKES IT HARD

Priceless Information at a Price
I've ordered reports from Marti, and yes, they take a long time and yes, they are less than I expected. But I understand that Marti can only supply information that is in the Ford database. If it isn't there, he can't make it up. And maybe it's less than you expect. And perhaps it's not what you want to hear. The tag I ordered from him was nicely made. Delivery time is long, but this isn't a huge company, and I don't know what's involved in providing this level of very personal, hands-on manual service. Can't comment on his prices because I don't know what his overhead is like and Ford doesn't license their stuff for free. If finding the selling dealer of your car and the original options isn't worth half a hundred to you, then don't buy the information or look in a magazine and guess. All in all, my contact with these guys was great, and the information they did provide can't be gotten this easily anywhere else. They were honest and they delivered. What else can you ask for? A true collector or restorer will be thankful that Marti is providing this service at this price. Thank you, guys!
