Don’t seem to care anymore

Ive been with them since 8am to get my ATM card to work. Been told you arec100% all set.
NOT! 15 times denied. Went to test it ATM took my $ but wouldnt give me any. Been in two branches 3x each.
All day Im all set. Customer service on phone same. Card doesnt work. Most concerning.
When getting my balance at THIER ATM. The balance given wasnt even close to what was in my account. More concerning, is no one at the bank seemed to have any urgency or understanding who to call or what to do.
They just stated we understand your concern and sorry for the inconvenience Im a gig driver. I couldnt buy gas for three hours until I finally just went and took all my cash out of the bank.
