Dutch Oven Defective
- - Chipping, peeling, and rust at rim; lifetime warranty; Macy's says to contact manufacturer for this older Martha Stewart model.
My Martha Stewart 6qt dutch oven enamel has began to chip, peel and rust around the rim edges. It has a lifetime warranty.
I took it back to Macy's where the grandkids bought it as a gift.
Macy's says I have to go through the manufacturer since its a older Martha Stewart model. Pictures are attached.

Not at all. Apparently the Martha Stewart folks could care less about what happens.
They made no attempt to contact me.
There were some products that I liked a lot but have chosen to find other products. Your suggestion was to hire an attorney which made no sense at all due to the amount involved.
I purchased what I felt was a good quality mattress pad, the backing is coming off. I have never had this happen in my entire life (81 years) and I particularly have never been ignored by the likes of the Martha Stewart organization.
I have called and sent email with no response.
Judging from the other complaints, I'm not the only one that has this problem. Who even has a category for "Pissed Customer"?

Complaint regarding the 8.5 quart soup pot
- - Brown specs won't come off and the stainless steel peeled.
- - Purchased at Macy's; seeking replacement, won't buy Martha Stewart Collection again.
First time I used this pot it got brown little specs in the whole pot that do not come off. Next the pot stainless steel came off in 4 spots on bottom of pot.
Will not buy pots or pans from Martha Stewart Collection again. I purchased at Macy's and will see if they will replace.

Want to find a replacement wire for my cheese slicer.

After searching two websites and then being hung up on does not make this a pleasant experience. ..
