I called and told them that one of the meals they sent me tasted terrible and I would like a refund for that meal. They said they dont refund for taste so I got very upset with them and asked for this refund they said no so I told them I take my business elsewhere

All spices were dried out, wanted to change from 3 meals per week to 1 meal (for two people). I also wanted to cancel 2/17 and IIcouldnt Also wish I could get single serving.
Of meals since I am only 1 person. Quality is outstanding and love getting the recipes!

I was excited about this service, however, with the customer service treatment I have received I would suggest not ordering this kit.
I ordered this kit a week ago with a code from their website. Earlier I had signed up and browsed but never purchased the subscription.
My order was cancelled today less than a week from the first boxs delivery date and I was told that a member of my household had used the code and it cannot be used at my address.
We never have used this kit before.
I sat on hold with a rep for 30 minutes who told me that nothing can be done.
Predatory pricing hidden behind rules they make up. Purchase this kit at your own risk.
