Ordered food and it never showed up
Someone needs to start a lawsuit on Marshall2go they cannot deliver food when you order it or it's wrong the order is or it's cold but today I ordered and it never showed up

They have a female operator who answers the phone and she'll take your order and she'll tell her what you want and then she'll mess it up and make you look bad as a person when you call she'll answer and get rude and curse you out they need a fire her and get somebody in there that knows how to do their job because they're stopping me from ordering by email

Won't deliver to my apt because their person who took my order she messed it up and then made me the bad person by cursing at me. Called in to place order today and was on line for a hr.

Place an order with Marshall to go when I called to make the order I made for my sister and I four Junior Whoppers two onion rings and a large mocha coffee the wipers were supposed to be double onions double tomato nothing else when I got the hamburgers they had everything on them and then the woman when I called back to tell her what the problem was she wants to raise her voice and call me a b**** not going to happen I will see what I can do and I will put a lawsuit on this company if anybody can help me get back to me

They deliver to Marshall County Guntersville Alabama but for 3 wks they stopped delivering to marshall county. Today they where so rude that they hollered at me and said they where not going to deliver towards Marshall County when they are named Marshall 2 Go.
We have no other deliveries in Marshall County. Im under drs care and cant leave my apt. COPD ASTHMA AND MY OXYGEN LEVEL DROPS WHEN SLEEPING. Dont drive.
I will not have noone disrespect me. Want respect.
