I visited Los Angeles and purchased an LV bag worth $2,037 from an airport store, Larchmont JCT, that is affiliated with the Marshall Retail Group. Upon returning home, my family noticed that the bag was used.

- - Refund refused for opened Peppered Beef Jerky ($17.99) as non-refundable.

I provided details to my credit card company and refuted charges as I had every right to return item of which manager refused to refund my purchase.
They did not respond to my complaint. Only one response was received and it was labeled as a "Guest" which could have come from the company as it was a sarcastic response to say the least.
I will NEVER purchase anything from this company as they do not honor their return policy as stated on the receipt. I suggest that everyone should be aware of this before purchasing anything from them.
However, the receipt indicated 'With receipt, a full refund is available within 30 days of purchase' and contained a list of non-refundable items, of which 'food' was not one. In addition, there was no sign posted in the store indicating this item was not refundable. The jerky was in a thick plastic bag, and it was evident that the package was sealed and not tampered with (no holes in bag).
I believe I am entitled to a refund as the manager was very disrespectful; his comment was, 'There was not enough space on the receipt to list food as a non-refundable item'. Believe me, there was plenty of space to include it.

I purchased a top at Carina for $89.00 on November 4th. The top has never been worn, tags are still on item and i have a receipt.
Store tells me that it is past 30 days, but I would like to exchange it for something else. Can you please help me return item.

- - This is the worst company; favoritism hurts hard-working employees and promotions are not from within.
- - East district manager was rude to staff.
This is the worst company and it treats is great customer associate like they don't matter and pick and choose based on favoritism, gossips and overall the good employees and best ones get nothing in return for all their hard work while others slack off, always late or call out. They do not promote from within. Some of their best employees I have dealt with as a customer should be in management postions, but the company only seems to care about its profits and not the people that work for them.
The district manager for the east was rude to an employee and some other staff.

They should honor the conditions stated on the receipt or posted in the store which they did not. I hope you never have to return a product that you purchased and if so, with your attitude, I hope you just eat the loss. As far as the jerky is concerned, I left it with Security at the hotel.

Please note: Your receipt is a contract between you (seller) and me the(buyer). The receipt indicates the buyer is entitled to a full refund within 30 days with a list of nonrefundable items of which food (jerky) is not one of them. The package of jerky is with Security(whom you called to get me to leave the store as you had no defense for not refunding my purchase.
Please pickup the jerky or have Security deliver it to you as I am stopping the transaction on my credit card as you broke the contract(I will pay for the other package upon receiving a new invoice from you. Have a nice day!!
