Sold an unsafe vehicle

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • -Marsh sold an unsafe vehicle; timing chain failed soon after purchase.
  • -Vehicle lacks spare tools and owner's manual; financed by Credit Acceptance.

Marsh knowingly sold an unsafe vehicle to me. From day one when the timing chain broke on the way home (I had to pay $420 to get it towed back) they would not accept responsibility.

Broken springs over the struts

Bad caliper

Exhaust leak that seeps into the cabin

Worn-out front tire

Evaporated system not working

No spare tire tools in vehicle

No owner's manual in vehicle

Credit acceptance is just as guilty of the neglect, since they financed the vehicle.

Loss:
$10500

Preferred solution: Full refund

User's recommendation: Don't buy anything from them
