Verified Reviewer |Sold an unsafe vehicle
- -Marsh sold an unsafe vehicle; timing chain failed soon after purchase.
- -Vehicle lacks spare tools and owner's manual; financed by Credit Acceptance.
Marsh knowingly sold an unsafe vehicle to me. From day one when the timing chain broke on the way home (I had to pay $420 to get it towed back) they would not accept responsibility.
Broken springs over the struts
Bad caliper
Exhaust leak that seeps into the cabin
Worn-out front tire
Evaporated system not working
No spare tire tools in vehicle
No owner's manual in vehicle
Credit acceptance is just as guilty of the neglect, since they financed the vehicle.
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Don't buy anything from them
Horrible dealership sells cars/trucks that fall apart
- Bought a 2002 Ram a month ago.
- No running lights; power steering pump failed; brakes fail; engine won’t start.
- Dealership says no issues.
We purchased a truck 2002 ram from this dealership about a month ago. Was not told any issues but as soon as we got home nothing but trouble with truck.
No running lights
Power steering pump broke
Brakes stopped working
Now engine and timing of engine vehicle won’t start
Problem after problem have not even been able to drive vehicle pretty much since we bought due to issue after issue.
The dealership stated no issues with vehicle.
- Being able to voice my opinion hoping that it helps other people
Preferred solution: Full refund
