Just so that your aware I have a social media following of 210k and I will no hesitate to screen shot and write a terrible truthful review of my emails are not taken seriously.

Didnt receive all order

- - Rural delays; I had to reorder iconnect as they still say it's not included.
Ordered fc-8000 evo ,a they had promotion for free iconnect as long as click the box an i did a took picture of order.
I hate to sound so trivial over 10.00 but Ilive in rural area a takes several days to get orders an I had to reorder the iconnect.
Just seems very petty for 10.00 .
An after many emails they continue to say I didnt include in order after Ive showed order many times.

Mars Hydro is an amazing company, and I have nothing bad to say about them at all ever. *** customer.com was shoved in front of my face and was the only link provided for me to give any type of connection to Mars Hydro.
I recently ordered a 5 x 5 high CFM extension pole kit with brackets for my tent, and the package did not show up with the plastic pieces that join everything together. Not a big deal, but I'm gonna need to get those out whether I have to pay for shipping or whatever, please contact me.

I purchased a 5 x 5 high CFM kit for my tent and the plastic pieces are missing. No big deal if someone can get a hold of me so we could arrange a delivery that would be great. I dont have an issue with your company at all, you guys are awesome and if I have to pay something thats fine too it would be great if somebody would contact me back.

I purchased Mars Hydro SP 3000 and it didn't come with a switch. I'm very confused because the description said it had it. So I was about to buy a different one somewhere else, but I decided to see if we can rectify the problem.

This company changes their plugs so often. When my 1st driver went bad, they sent me another one (after months of frustration calling and emailing) that one did NOT match my plug.
Enter two more months of total imcomapance, and I finally get a third box. Guess what... the dimmer does NOT work!!!
Mars Hydro does not believe in customer service. They are impossible to deal with unless it's to take your money.
Stay away at all cost!
Do yourself a favor and buy a Kingbright off of Alibaba. Kingbrite has FANTASTIC reps, better equipment, and actually back uo their warranty.
If I could give negative stars to Mars, I would.
