Missing parts
Mars Hydro is an amazing company, and I have nothing bad to say about them at all ever. *** customer.com was shoved in front of my face and was the only link provided for me to give any type of connection to Mars Hydro.
I recently ordered a 5 x 5 high CFM extension pole kit with brackets for my tent, and the package did not show up with the plastic pieces that join everything together. Not a big deal, but I'm gonna need to get those out whether I have to pay for shipping or whatever, please contact me.

Missing parts
I purchased a 5 x 5 high CFM kit for my tent and the plastic pieces are missing. No big deal if someone can get a hold of me so we could arrange a delivery that would be great. I dont have an issue with your company at all, you guys are awesome and if I have to pay something thats fine too it would be great if somebody would contact me back.

I purchased Mars Hydro SP 3000 and it didn't come with a switch. I'm very confused because the description said it had it. So I was about to buy a different one somewhere else, but I decided to see if we can rectify the problem.

The dimmer box does not work on my light.
This company changes their plugs so often. When my 1st driver went bad, they sent me another one (after months of frustration calling and emailing) that one did NOT match my plug.
Enter two more months of total imcomapance, and I finally get a third box. Guess what... the dimmer does NOT work!!!
Mars Hydro does not believe in customer service. They are impossible to deal with unless it's to take your money.
Stay away at all cost!
Do yourself a favor and buy a Kingbright off of Alibaba. Kingbrite has FANTASTIC reps, better equipment, and actually back uo their warranty.
If I could give negative stars to Mars, I would.

No voicemail message on the main USA number and no answer after repeated voicemails, contacting through email system, and Facebook
My order was placed 4 weeks ago and is in pending status. No amount of contact at the main number on their website gets a response.

Light won’t work
Light just stopped working and no one is helping . Only had it for year or two . Randomly shut off and never turned back on

Not happy
They responded to my voicemail with a text requesting I email the problem to them. I sent an email around 10 PM CDT Wednesday.
I received a response at 2 AM Thursday morning requesting pictures of the problem. I sent the pictures around 2 yesterday afternoon. I got a response at 5 this morning saying I need a new driver with a request for my address.
I responded within 15 minutes only to be immediately informed they're closed for the weekend and will get back with me Monday. That's 5 days in the dark before I can order the replacement part
