Gift cards
I bought a $200 gift card that gave me an additional $80 in credit at Marmalade. Instead of receiving a plastic $200 card and 4 $20 certs, I received it all in an email.
Now I have to find that email every time I want to use the card or a credit. I left a written message on their web site asking if I could get a plastic card, but never got a response.
Its been about 1-½ weeks since, and still no response. Their phone number never picks up.
Very poor svc.

No one has contacted me.I guess it’s time to put this issue on yelp
The manager took what she wanted off my credit card, not what I authorized. Is this your policy? I tried to explain; she told me to take it up with the person who signed the contract.
