SCAM Company
- - Shoes didn't match pictures and have a strong chemical smell.
- - Refund declined; $59.95 lost; Stacy Quinn stopped replying; phone number invalid.
The shoes I purchased were nothing like the item pictured on their website, They were cheap, rubber material and have a horrible chemical smell. Even after three days out of the packaging they still smell!
I contacted for a refund and a "Stacy Quinn" responded with an offer of 10%-15% off or a 75% credit for a future purchase. I declined and requested a refund. A chemical smell emanating from the product is a huge red flag and definitely a defective product, on top of the fact that they falsely advertise these shoes. Once I requested a refund "Stacy Quinn" stopped responding.
I tried calling the phone number listed on the website. The number is not valid.
Lost amount: $59.95
Request: Refund

Verified ReviewerDishonest company refusing a full refund even when it was the wrong sandals sent to me..
I used pay pal for the purchase so I contacted them to help me resolve my issue with Marlow and Quinn but after providing them with pictures of the actual length of the shoe and the website size guide the only resolution presented to me was to return the shoes to the Netherlands but that was too expensive so I ask the pay pal representative Jereny to request a us address for the return but after checking on this request a few days later nothing had been noted in the system so I realized that pay pal was not on my side but with the seller. I was pretty upset so I closed my account of 12 yrs. I reported Pay Pal to the BBB for siding with the seller and thus perpetuating the scamming process that Marlow and Quinn carry on.
Has not been resolved. Marlow and Quinn will refund if I ship it back but the problem is the address is at the Netherlands would cost me $40.20 so that is ridiculous. I need them to give me a usa address which I don't think they are going to do because they know that this tactic of expensive returns will deter people from returning items , therefore will not get money returned.
I sent pictures of the sandals that had no size markings no where on them except a little round sticker that had 39 printed on the sticker. I have been emailing back and forth with Stacey Quinn but she refuses or ignores my claim that those sandals are way to big to be 6.5. In the website they have a guide chart where a 6.5 would be 9.65 inches foot length so I measured the sandals was 11.0 inches from front to back and sent pictures to Stacey so she could clearly see that I received wrong size sandals but she doesn't acknowledge this and keeps refusing to fully refund my money. I said to her to send me shipping label and I will return them but I shouldn't be responsible for the return expenses since it was their mistake in sending me the wrong size.
Still as of today she still not accepting that they made a mistake.
Website from people like Stacey Quinn should not be in business because bottom line they are scamming the public. All I want is my money return to me.
- Not transparent on expensive shipping return
- Dishonest
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Don't buy from this website.
