I received this pair of monogrammed flip flops as a Mother's Day gift from my daughter. They are very cute, but they won't stay on my feet when I walk, and one of the snaps won't stay fastened on the side.
I understand that you do not accept returns for personalized gifts. But what do I do about it? That's the reason I was calling.
If you could see fit to let me exchange them for something of equal value, I would appreciate it. Order #562****.

Verified Buyer |Product is not right
Handbag pulled to one side. Ive tried to put paper down to the bottom but no matter how long it stays inside the bag it doesnt push the handbag back in the correct position.
I have received this bag in the condition that you see.
Ive had an issue in the past but it was settled with no issues. I pray we can get an answer in this issue that has happened now

Mess up in my order
I ordered 3 key chains they were supposed to be engraved.now I have the key chains an they are not right !!!

Failed payment
I have been advised that I have had 2 failed payments and will be charged a late fee. I have provided 2 other cards to Marleylilly and 1 other card to Klarna.
The original card was hacked and I had to have it shut down and a new one opened. This was one of the cards I provided to Marleylilly and the card I provided to Klarna. I made sure that I coded my new debit card as primary, but was unable to remove the hacked card from Marleylilly.
I do not feel that i should be required to pay late fees as I provided this info as soon as i got notice of a failed payment. Please let me know what I can do to fix this issue.

I had 2 items my cart, had to cell customer service when I got home they were sold out! It was the mules for 24.99.
