Broken product.
- - One steamroller arrived cracked.
- - No reply to emails about replacement or details.
- - The products are nice when not defective, but service is poor.
No reply , no response . A typical overseas product , that happens to be good , that arrived broken but once they have your money you'll never hear from them again . Unless it's a sales email .
The problem is 1 has a large crack in the glass ( the thickest part of the glass , nicely made except for that ) and after reaching out through their direction ( email ) I didn't get a reaction, much less an exchange/replacement. I didn't even get a message saying no or anything at all . It's just unprofessional. Thier site doesn't describe in detail their products and the truth is they are nice.
I asked for specifics on a bundle and said I'd like to buy this, The Wellness Bundle. I want to know the dimensions of each product. I don't think it's too much to ask but again. No reply via email.
The phone number is to Jamaica. Their products, when not flawed with broken parts, are really nice.
Their company behavior is bad. If they make good I'll change my review to reflect that but right now I'm a pissed off customer.
