I went to marks one collision after finding out that had be previously raided a few months back. But they assured me everything was okay. They had my car for almost 2 whole months for some minor bumper and driver door damage. My insurance company covered rental which they state on the site that they cover until repairs complete. End up coming to take rental from my house without my knowledge taking my infant child's carseat stroller and work ID as well. Preventing me from working that day. Now I am getting run around about what really happen. They will not return my calls and I have called several times. No one seems to know what happen. And my car is just now ready for pick up. They have horrible customer service and don't seem to care about their customers needs. I am highly upset.
