Spam Mails and Texts

i've never used marketplace home buyers nor have I ever gotten in touch with them. They decided to spam me through the mail and through text messages and they decided to ignore my requests to leave me alone.
I have attempted to be removed from whatever lists they have, by telephone, email and online. They have ignored all of my requests which, in my opinion, is them giving me the middle finger.
I filed a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau at least a month and a half ago and as of today they have ignored the complaint.
I have also received, in addition to the mailings, a text message from them about wanting to buy my property. My phone numbers have been on the state and federal do not call lists since these lists came to be.
- Ignore your requests to be removed from their marketing
- Spam you with mailings and texts
Preferred solution: Remove me from all of your marketing lists and don't bother me again.
