Management is ineffective, and make many mistakes and then blame their reps in the field. Can you imagine what they would do for your product!? Dont bother with them, there are other companies that do the military market that do a far superior job than these fool.
They are ineffective and should be barred from having their company service our boys and girls in the military,,,is time that all the exchanges throw them out of them. The time is now to reject companies like these in the system.
