Marketing Heroes doesn't deliver on contract
Marketing Heroes did not deliver on the service contract we had in place with them. After failing to report on the contracted work (in this case, link building and blogging), we attempted to cancel our services, with which they require 60 days of notice.
During that 60 days, they continue to bill you monthly without completing any work. Overall, the quality of the work performed for us was very poor.
We did see get any improvement in keyword performance over a 6 month time frame, and our implementation was plagued with ambiguity and miscommunication. They did not fulfill their contract and their business practices are highly concerning.
