Missing Groceries still haven’t refunded my card

I still havent received the refund for the missing groceries and the gift card/credit I was also promised wasn't even applied to my card until I called today

I called twice and spoke with management. I was told that I would receive the refund that had been promised the previous week. I’m three weeks out and still haven’t received a refund

I placed an online order and picked up the groceries. When I went to put the groceries in the house, I found that 2/3 of my order was missing.

They took the items off my card. Then I went back to purchase the groceries.

Quite a few of the items were out of stock. Then when I was checking out my items, I noticed that none of my coupons were applied on these Sherry Maier 1960z few.

COMPLAINT !! COMPLAINT !! COMPLAINT !! Giant Eagle Market District in Robinson should be embarassed to offer such sub-standard prepared entrees !!

On 9/19/2023 I bought a Chicken Parmasan entree with pasta for $12.49. Less than 2 years ago the same size sold at $9.49 - $9.99 - a whooping price gouge if ever there was one !! They make these with RUBBER CHICKEN !! It was virtually unedible !!

I've returned these in the past for the same reason and usually they fix the problem (for awhile) but it always returns. I'm through with ANYTHING that Giant Eagle prepares on-site. Plus, a lot of their "brand name" products like their PAM knockoff are totally inferior. Their business model is: "Anything to cheat and mislead the customer just so long as there's a profit for us".

IMO, Giant Eagle does not offer good value on pricing throughout this Market District store.

I'm avoiding it like the plague !! .
