Disrespectful employees and poor customer service

Each time I come into Market32 in Burlington Vermont on Shelburne Road, 165, I have observed employees swearing, and yelling at customers for not understanding them when there is a language barrier present. I have also observed employees treating the elderly rudely.

There is no accountability for their behavior. Every time I come into this store, there is something negative to observe.

I am ashamed to say that I have shopped here on multiple occasions. I hope that the store manager does something to ensure that the employees are keeping themselves well-behaved and not disrespecting customers, because this is unacceptable and downright wrong.

Similar experience... Prices on isle are marked wrong.

while scanning questioned about the chrging $5.99 for popcorn instead of $3.69. rep told that price is updated but not marked... When i say this is not mistake.. She gave me a very nasty look.

No apology for wrong price. or said something sorry some one missed to update nothing ...
