The service technicians and service advisors are rude and not capable of doing their job. Service advisors will not return your phone calls.

The customer relations person is also rude and they will speak to you using profanity. I have to research my warranty in order to get something coverage. The first time I took my car there which was recently they had my car for a solid month 4 what they said was a stuck injector. So they had me replace all 6 injectors at the cost of over $2,000.

Tell me my car was finished, I went to pick it up and it wouldn't start. So I asked him how do they know that it was ready he said he did a leak down test on the injectors. Never tried to start it. So their second diagnosis was it had fouled plugs.

Told me I need spark plugs and Boots and it would be around $600. I push my car outside the gate and have someone changed my spark plugs and Boots, the car still didn't start. So we push the car back in side dealership, and I call service advisor and he says well it's Saturday I'm not supposed to take any cars. So Monday I push my car to the service entrance and tell him what's wrong with my car they said they will get to it when I can.

So then I get a third diagnosis saying it was catalytic converters. So then they put catalytic converters and a new exhaust system on my car at the cost of nearly $5,000. A week goes by during this week I told him my car smoking it's not running well and my climate control is on my pick the car up and won't go off he says he knew about it they didn't know how to fix it that you don't have to bring the car back in and never try to get to it in about a week since they no longer had a service manager. Keep driving my car cuz it's my own vehicle putting oil in it every day calling the dealership letting them know about my car and ask him when I can get to it.

Finally my car breaks down, I toad Mark McCarty, the diagnosis is to repair my vehicle it needs a new engine needs both turbos whole exhaust system intercoolers and other new parts to fix it, rough estimate is $12,800 and 31 hours labor. My question is how do all these things go bad at once?

They cause all these problems with my car by not putting it back together the first time correctly. I think they're liable.

Still suffering with the 2012 fird focus. Been going through horrific situations since purchasing the car back in 2012 have paid out thousands of dollars trying on this car.

Several days ago i was told to have the car diagnosed again for the number of times and got the same answered. The car was not put together correctly. This time the car will cost 1600dollars to fix. The mechanic stated that the car was a Lemon from the start because of wiring and everything.

So we've been dealing with this car since 2012.

What Now? Getting ready for legal action.
