I HAVE MY PHONE RECORDS SHOWING WHERE I CALLED NINE TIMES THE MONTH OF PURCHASE, I ALSO HAVE THE SERVICE RECORDS SHOWING HOW MANY TIMES THIS TRUCK HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP OVER AND OVER AGAIN FOR SAME THREE ISSUES, NOW SEVENTEEN MONTHS LATER I AM TOLD EVERYTHING OUT OF WARRANTY,,,, IMAGINE THAT THEY FOUND OUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE TRUCK WHEN THE WARRANTY RAN OUT, BUT COULDNT FIND ANYTHING UNTIL THEN, SERVICE RECORDS SHOW THE SAME ISSUES. CUSTOMERS NEED TO DO RESEARCH BEFORE BUYING FROM MARK DODGE THEY HAVE THE WORST SERVICE DEPTARTMENT.

i dont know about that location but do not buy in lake charles you will not get service after the sell im posting hoping to get the word out . my fiancee bought a truck had trouble immediately and brought it back !!!!!
the issues that im fixing to list were from the very beginning . bluetooth would not work keypad would not work had to use your phone making the bluetooth defective , reported it was told he needed to upgrade his phone i witnessed this so he went and upgraded his phone still bluetooth not working next time was told it was the signal in our area i overheard these conversations on speakerphone also when you would stop at a red light you felt a *** when stopping was told glue on brakepads or something stupid i think he called everytime he left the lot at least five times with the truck doing the exact same thing every time he picked it up no w out of warranty they can find every issue dryshaft and now screen is totally blank and guess what out of warranty and was the day he drove off the lot but was never told that until now its completely out other five times it was his phone
