Hotel Virginia Beach complaint
Service was poor, General manager was rude and unprofessional. I asked for her name and a comapny # to fallow a complaint but she wont provide it to me.
My little brother left a iPad in 1 of the 5 rooms I had and after cleaning they told me there was nothing left in the room. It was Monday so the rooms were unoccupied I asked to go back in to look for the iPad, I wasnt allowed . Its sad dealing with this situation, vacation are supposed to have fun with the family but at the end I had my little brother crying for his ipad.
I know it was my brother mistake for not taking care of her stuff but its why you pay for a room to have your items in a safe place. This lady (GM) shouldnt be in charge of not business, I definitely dont recommend this place after this sad experience.

MARJACS COVID 19 STATEMENT IS THAT THEY TAKE EXTRA SANITARY MEASURES ..
FILTHY ROOMS, STAINS ON WALLS, BOTH AIR CONDITIONERS GROSS AND PACKED WITH DIRT; HAD TO USE MY INHALER, BROKEN SINK / PHONE / TV, NO TP HOLDER, CABLE BOX BROKEN AND HANGING FROM WALL, TABLE BASE / CHAIRS FILTHY AND RUSTED, BALCONY CHAIRS / FLOOR NOT WIPED DOWN / SWEPT, COULDN'T USE IRON / BOARD; IT WAS CRUSTY, DISGUSTING ODOR WHICH ENDED UP BEING BLACK MOLD THAT I FOUND TWO DAYS LATER WHEN I WENT LOOKING FOR WHAT WAS CAUSING THE SMELL THAT MADE ME NAUSEATED .. MY SON &;;;; GRANDDAUGHTER COULD NOT STAY IN THE ROOM AT ALL & FROM DAY 1 HAD TO STAY WITH RELATIVE IN THE CITY ..
I LEFT TWO DAYS EARLY WHEN I COULDN'T TAKE IT ANY MORE.
NO MANAGEMENT WAS AVAILABLE SO I TOLD THE MAN EVERYTHING AND HE SAID HE WOULD ADVISE THEM.
HE SAID THEY WOULD CALL ME AND I AM STILL WAITING.
PHONE WAS NOT FIXED / REPLACED ..
TV WAS "FIXED", THEN IMMEDIATELY STOPPED WORKING & WHEN I CALLED, on my cell to the 800 number, TO THE FRONT DESK I WAS ASKED WHAT "I" DID TO IT.
FRONT DESK WAS NOTIFIED OF CONDITION OF ROOM AND I WAS NEVER ONE OFFERED ANOTHER ROOM.
I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED!!!
SHAME I COULD ONLY INCLUDE 4 PHOTOS .. I HAVE ABOUT 10 OTHERS AND A VIDEO.
