Great Product, No Customer Service

Although I would sporadically hear from customer service agent via email, it was sporadic and nothing ever got resolved. I wanted to return an item for a full refund because they didn't have my size for an exchange.
They actually tried to sell me on the size they did have saying the line ran small (it doesn't because I have purchased this style in the past).
I think they are really a vendor who isn't set up for direct relationship with customer.
I won't purchase from them again.
