Fraud from your supplier
Your supplier does not honor the coupons and he still does business with you that sould not be even if you are a new owner you need to honor the previous coupons

I recently purchased some parts from this company,& they say "Great" customer service.Well that's a bunch of hogwash!!I can not contact them by there email,or by phone to talk with them.There shipping is terrible,you cannot track any orders,& it takes a long time to get what you ordered.Once they take your money,that's all you'll here from them.So if you have a lot of time to wait,use them.If you don't and need to get back on the water to run the business,Don't.It's not worth the little money you will save!!! Ordered a Outrigger Holder from these guys. I was poor quality and actually the holder would not even fit together in the two pieces they sent.
Used the return instructions with confirmation and a PMantoon signed for it. I have sent numerous emails to them and even had Paypal send them an emil telling them to return my money and they just ignored us. They have a "No Question One Year Return Policy"! Do Not spend any money here.
They are not an honorable company! You can't trust them as some of the items they sell are of poor quality and when you find out, it is TOO LATE!

Marine parts depot will not return money
Ordered screws from marinepartsdepot.com. Couldn't use them, returned them as instructed.
Will not return money or answer emails or phone calls. Return policy is within 365 days, I returned within 2 months to an address they supplied when I emailed asking for instructions. USPS says it was delivered. I'd ordered a couple of items from them with a satisfactory conclusion.
I then ordered a 100 #8 x 1 SS screws. When they arrived they were huge and not #8's. Their return policy says you have 365 days to return. I could not use this size so I emailed them and questioned how to return.
They replied with an address. I mailed them back, got USPS notification of delivery and waited 2 weeks for some activity. Nothing happened so I emailed them 3 times with no response.
So I called the phone number, a robot answers and says "leave a message" and nothing happens. I've called a different times to make sure they're not away from the phone, no response

I ordered a 5" cleat. They sent a 4" chock.
I emailed, emailed again, called, and emailed again.

DIdnt send the stuff and i paid for them . they just ignored all my calls and emails.

Beware of this company they are in Ebay as well selling products. They have great feedback on Ebay but if you purchase products on their website they will might *** over like me.
I purchased two rod holders and cleats $131 total and they didnt send the items. i called them about 20 times and emailed them and they just ignored me. So before you decide to buy anything from them make sure you research them first. I didnt think this was possible in this country.
I always stay away from foreign companies but not companies in the US . so i guess i learned the hard way. I will post them on BBB and contact paypal and ebay. and contact the Dept of Consumer Affairs in that state.
I will not lose my $131 by a *** artist. NO WAY .

I purchased some bow shackles from this company and after I received the wrong items I shipped them back requesting the right product. They not only did not ship my products I purchased but they never replied to one email and they might as well not have a phone because they never answer it! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR THEY WILL STEEL YOUR MONEY!!!!
