Marin Airporter called for a taxi. A fake taxi cab driver showed up no license no taxi sign. He overcharged us and he was in a family van with no identification whatsoever.

Ive used MARIN Airporter for many many years and I am very well traveled. This time they called us a taxi as Ive done many times in the past.
A taxi did not show up but an individual with a private card. Did he had a fake taxi sign he didnt have a meter. He didnt have a license and he overcharged us. Somehow somebody called somebodys friend and they took our money.
It was a family van!
And when I called them run Airport back, they denied everything. This is very disturbing that theres insider activity with the service that so many public people use.
