I was trying to reach a "live" person because my credit card had been charged, and I had recv'd a confirmation email. Tried 3 times, 3 times line dropped without anyone one the other end, but a "chat bot" kept wanted me to ask IT my question. (I hate those things!) Long story short, finally typed my issue, and to my surprise, within seconds had my issue resolved - I got by order confirmation!

No one ever answers the phone. I had an 3 exchanges and they send u to shop for what u need and its regular price and it comes out of ur store credit so u dont get to pick ur 3 exchanges bc ur one EXACT change cost the whole price of ur 3 items.

Ive been using Markus for yrs and it was never like this.

I will be looking elsewhere bc no help when needed and becoming a rip off. Its not right.

I ordered four pair of pants, one large, three medium. The mediums are a little small.

I need to exchange for larges or even in a different color. How do I go about doing that?

Customer Service Phone number did not work

The emails sent were somewhat effective but did not answer all my questions about possibly exchanging and returning items. I wanted info on size availability and the email said shed get back to me but never did! I also had concerns about my return as I completed the return form but then decided to keep most of the items and I did not know how to correct the return form..never responded or never got resolved.

i wanted to exchange cece romper for a medium and they are out of stock so i couldn't exchange the romper . i was not able to send it back because it was a discontinued item .

so i received a $10.00 voucher for my next purchase for being a loyal customer. I was happy with the offer

I need to return an item and I keep getting a message saying this item does not qualify for return. You are about to lose me as a customer after many years of loyalty. I have never returned anything!

Have not heard back from Marika regarding a replacement

I asked for a replacement because I was sent mid calf capris which are yoga capris. I ordered(and was pictured) a plain finished Capri.

They sent the wrong Capri and I asked for a replacement. I have not heard for them. I want a Capri in an XL with a plain finished edge. I had ordered it in ombre blue but will take any color, black navy or gray.

I will gladly send the incorrect pair back to Marika if they send me a return envelope. Denise Matatia.

I already sent your representative pictures of the capris and the info that she requested. Her name was Angela and she documented everything including my order number.
