COMPLETE DISASTER - 33 DAYS AND STILL WAITING

I'm writing this review on July 1st, 33 days after placing my order on May 29th.

MARIEMUR promised 8-10 business days delivery. We're now at 24 business days and I still don't have my package.

This is beyond unacceptable for any brand, let alone one calling itself "luxury."

The timeline speaks for itself and it's absolutely shocking. It took them 11 days just to create a shipping label. ELEVEN DAYS. Then another 8 days to actually get the package to the shipping facility.

That's 19 days just to get my order out their door. The tracking went dark on June 26th and hasn't moved since. When I contacted support, I got the usual copy-paste responses about how "the carrier is slow" and "please be patient." This isn't a carrier issue - this is MARIEMUR's complete failure to manage their logistics. I paid 121 in shipping costs for this nightmare.

Customer service is absolutely useless.

They offered me a $40 gift card as compensation, which is insulting. I don't want credit to shop with a company that can't deliver what they promise. I want my money back. When you advertise 8-10 business days and take over a month, that's false advertising.

For context, I regularly order from actual luxury lingerie brands like Honey Birdette, Fleur du Mal, Anoeses, and others. None of them have ever taken more than 2 weeks to deliver internationally. MARIEMUR is in a league of their own when it comes to poor service.

Save yourself the headache and order literally anywhere else.

There are dozens of better lingerie brands that actually know how to run a business in 2025. MARIEMUR is amateur hour disguised as luxury, and their shipping process proves it.

Rejected my return stating it's not returnable, this does not state this in their policy. I had been a long time client however this severed the relationship, I would never buy from this company again and would defiantly not recommend them to anyone I know.
