Resolved: Won't honor their advertised discounts and offers
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They issued a refund for the exact amount of the discount I should have received at check out (as advertised). They did not issue the account credit that was also advertised, but I'll continue to ask them for this.
I have been a customer of this company for years now. They have always been significantly overpriced, but I like two of their products, so I continue to order.
In the recent holiday and Black Friday sales, they promoted a discount. However, when I went to order, the discount wasn't applied. I've sent them four emails in the last two weeks asking for customer support and have received no response back.
There is no customer support number, which is suspicious. Save your money and go elsewhere - these folks don't seem to honor their promises!
