Disappointed

I have been buying Marie Callender pies for years. I've noticed over the last year that the crust has gotten thicker with less filling. I'm so disappointed in this product. I've sworn by it for years. It's been a big disappointment. I will be looking for a different brand to serve after special meals.

Ladybug in Cherry Crunch Pie

Marie Callenders Restaurant and Bakery - Ladybug in Cherry Crunch Pie
Hello! I was enjoying a slice of your Cherry Crunch Pie tonight when I discovered one of the cherries had black spots; except it wasn't a cherry. It was a small ladybug. While I'm looking to add more protein in my diet, this is not the optimal way to do so. I just thought I'd let you know so the quality control checkers can be on an extra careful lookout for ladybugs in the cherries! (Free chicken pot pies might help remedy the trauma). Sincerely, A Marie Callendar's Lover

Last night while my husband was enjoying your pecan pie, he bit into a foreign object. When he bit into it the hard piece broke one of his teeth, We bought the pie a couple days ago, so we dont have the box, however he did buy it at Walmart. This is a good decent size and it looks like a half of a top of an acorn. Please contact us.

Recently and I mean as in like the last couple of days I purchased two large chicken pot pies from the grocery store through WalMart delivery they sat in the freezer maybe 3 days for the most my husband and I both have covid and I didn't feel like cooking so I decided to make the pies tonight I followed the directions explicitly as I usually do in the microwave they came out disgusting there was maybe four or five pieces of chicken I had probably four peas and maybe a handful of carrots in mine the crust was dry there was hardly any gravy I will never buy them again I will go back to making my own regardless of how bad I might feel

I eat those all the time and they have not changed in taste. You must have purchased an off batch, in which case the company needs the UPC # off the box and date and time and location where you purchased them. There should be a phone number on the box or go to the Marie Callender website to contact them.

Sold as pie/turns out to be cake.

I love Marie Callender's coconut creme pie but a pie is too much for one person. None of our stores carry the mini pies in coconut creme so I bought a mini chocolate satin pie. What? It was chocolate cake! It states a delicious chocolate topping and it was white topping. Definitely not a pie...it crumbed like a piece of cake. It looked nothing like the picture on the box it came in.
