Impossible to reach a representative

I called 3 times to change a booking from 9/28 to 9/26. Held for 65 minutes then disconnected. Called again and held for 32 minutes abs disconnected. Last I got a human after 44 minutes only to be told she could only help with mileage requests. Said she would transfer me. Guess what? Disconnected AGAIN. SO FRUSTRATING !! ONLINE attempt failed.
