Complaint
No internet & I was unable to charge my food items to my room. The hotel failed to inform me the internet wasnt working or that it be tablet was working assigned to my room. This was a complete disaster from th beginning of my stay. I will never come here again m.

We ate outside cause the restaurant was closed didn’t know the price increase on the food by 18% and hamburger was raw.
The price of the food and it was raw. Price increase if you ate outside which no one told us about that

I went to the Margaritaville store when I was in pigeon Forge last week and bought over $200 around $200 of merchandise when I got home I was away from the store I realized everything that was marked on the shirts the size and everything were not the actual sizes on the shirts now somebody needs to make this right because Im not going all the way back to Tennessee did they get this done I want a phone call and I want it immediately my number is 865-712-**** my name is Stacey Flask or I will be on the phone with a better business bureau
