Solved in less than a day
I called and left a message with corporate about missing my reward. Later in the day I got a notification that my reward was on my account.
I am very impressed with the expedited customer service.
I have been a valuable customer for years. All the bartenders and wait staff know me by name and exactly want I want to drink.

Dominique was one of the best waitresses we ever had.She should be training others how it's done. We ate at the Lansdale PA. Restaurant and from the time we met her she made us feel like we were long lost friends if this was my company I would have her in corporate training others she made our night and was truly a treasue.

We went to Lansdale pa resturaunt and were rewarded with one of the best waitresses we've ever had. Her name was Dominique and was the most friendliest,fun,happy employee ask for Dominique aswe ever met.
I told my wife to pinch me to see if I was dreamimg.Her attitude and love of her job showed so many ways.You don't see employees like her in this world anymore GLAD TO SEE STILL SOME OUT THERE. I wish I could hire her!!!

Filthy, cold food, *** mgmt
First time there, floors were ungodly filthy, food, trash all over floor. Food quality was poor, refried beans cold.
When I asked for mgmt a young lady asked why and I explained, mostly because of filth, that's when a young kid piped up and said " not my problem". Spoke with mgmt and got the same attitude. First impressions are lasting impressions!
BTW we went there to celebrate my 63rd birthday. This is the Liberty Missouri location.
