How can I get a refund!!!!!

This was not the experience my family & I anticipated. We booked a two bedroom suite and had no idea there would be a door and hallway separating us from our kids!

We have always stayed in an apartment-style resort where everyone was in the same unit in separate bedrooms and this was not the case! In addition to that the AC was not working properly. I contacted the front desk and the sent Edgar and Diego up to service the unit but it still was not functioning properly so it was very warm at night time in this Miami heat! Then there was the hour wait for food via room service and they never had wash cloths so we had to bathe with hand towels!

It was the worst! Nothing was done to accommodate us and we are very upset!
