I cant get Movie Rewards corrected. I have one card. But they state I have 2. I get 2 movie messages at sane time with different card nos. For 5 yrs i have not gotten my rewards earned. I call.

I have 1xreward card Only. Yet i was informed that 2 cards are assigned to me. Sure enough i get 2 mailings with different reward nos. No one helps to get all rewards onto one card. I have watced prexiews of shows with REWARDS AND promised. HOW CAN THIS BE HAPPENING. I ONLY HAD ONE CARD ISSUED TO ME. I AM MAD BECAUSE 5 YRS IS TOO LONG. Expensive food and no supervision

First of and probably not as important, the theater’s bottle drinks are insanely expensive. A bottle of water is just under 5 dollars, makes it hard to not sneak your own drink. Secondly, there’s no supervision for online purchase of tickets. I went to see the First Purge , and a couple walked in with a baby. The baby must have been months old and still in a carrier. The baby cried for most of the movie and the parents seemed to be children as well. They had their cellphones on loud and interrupted the movie several times. My point is, for an adult movie, nobody was checking on the customer’s age. This being one of many similar situations at these franchise, but I’m particularly pissed about this experience so I thought I’d share.
