My camera had got water in the lens and want a replacement at no cost as For one a camera should not be $200 to replace the part when you can buy a new one for 350 and not only that its supposed to be waterproof so how is water getting in there? Ive had a vex camera for 13 years and still going strong and yours couldnt even last five years pretty pathetic and hoping you can make this right but this is gonna be the fourth time trying to get a hold of someone.

Refund customer or send them a new Camera. I sent a message the first time explaining I tried 3 different batteries fully charged and they send back telling me to make sure my batteries are at least 9.0 volts I was pretty clear of that from the start

I am very disappointed in buying the Marcum Quest Camera bought it last Feb 25 2024 used it 2 weeks then in November go to use it and the battery is shot it was replaced used the camera for 2 more months and now camera started flickering paid almost $600 for this camera and now don't have one to use while there trying to fix it under warranty its a poor made camera if it doesn't even last 1 year
