Disagreement about a price difference and the way he told me it was not going to happen. Your manager, named Jayden, had no respect for customers.
You need to talk to him; I am sure he will remember the situation because I said I would take it up with the corporate office; his reply was that it would change nothing. I will call the Better Business Bureau if I have to because I have worked 39 years in a grocery store and I know he is 100 percent wrong.
If he is your manager, you will not be in business for long; he is as rude as they come. Thank you for your time.
Preferred solution: Not to be treated so rudley and a phone call because I hate computors because I am going blind and it is hard for me to see

Lazy and incompetent
I was recently fired from the Mentor on the Lake Marc's.
I had an ongoing problem with a coworker and management and the Regional manager did NOTHING to help me with this escalating problem.
James Germ called me into the office with the Store Manager and accused me of having ulterior motives based on a Daily Affirmation I left in the warehouse. When I explained why I wrote these daily, he didn't believe me.
He then stated that it was a *** story" and if he couldn't fire me for that, he was firing me for not clocking out on time. I TRIED to show him that I have text messages saying I could stay over and he said "You're fired, clock out , and leave the promises"
I was in shock that this coworker (Leeanna Tizzano) who had caused me so much undo stress was believed from the start and I hadn't been given the opportunity to say anything on my behalf.
This was humiliating, unfounded, disappointing, hurtful, and was done with malice.
At your discretion, I believe they should be fired. If this is the way things run in every store, I can't be the only person who has had this happen to them.

Issue at the cash register receipt run up wrong no one noticed it thought I was the problem. When I tried to explain they thought I was mad but there was no one there who could figure out why one of four items was wrong up wrong.
I was right my card was fine but they wouldn't listen so I called customer service.
Plus I called the store when I found the error and was hung up on by the floor manager in an arrogant rage that there was no personal calls. This I found bizarre.

The manager at the Waterloo ave location in Akron Ohio took a picture of my check on his personal phone and sent it to who he said another manager for verification. Now my personal information and financial information is not secure and I have to close my accounts and open new ones inconveniencing me and my family. I know for a fact that this is not allowed to be done or is it a step of verification for a check this happened on 01/19/2023 at around 7:15 pm on register 8 the girl working the register said there was no way he should of been allowed to do that the total check amount was $215.96 and I needed to feed my kids and he held me up an additional 30 mins while he did whatever and then comes and tells me he had to take a picture of the check and send it to who ever he was on the phone with I want reimbursed for the time waiting and also for my troubles of not being able to home and feed my kids and the inconvenience of having to close my accounts to make my financial information secure again

Preferred solution: I want reimbursed for the time I wasted standing there also for the inconvenience of having to close my accounts and open new ones for the financial security of my accounts and also for them taking so long I couldnt just go cook for my hungry kids

Review about Italian Wedding Soup
I have been buying your Italian style wedding soup for a fee years now and it was always good. Recently I bought 6 cans at Marc's in Strongsville, Ohio and they were all water.
Or 75% of it was water.
Usually it is more like 25%. It is very disappointing as it is the only can soup we like and the one recommended by weight watchers.
