Over priced and decietfull
- - Parking rates aren't posted at entry.
- - Only a few businesses will validate tickets.
- - High charges for a short stay; CVS lacked what I needed.
The parking lot in Chevy Chase (same building as CVS and a few restaurants) has no signs saying what the rates are as you enter. Then, only a few business validate tickets.
There is no indication of that outside when you commit to parking there.
On top of that, I went to CVS, they didn't have what I went for, and I had to pay an outrageous amount to park there for 10 minutes, five of which were getting in and our of the garage. Although the parking attendant was polite, there was nothing she could do but feed the greedy Marc.
- Inside
- Too expensive
- Limited validation in stores
MarcParc Chicago
- - A Wells prepaid ticket wasn't accepted at Hubbard/Orleans.
- - Attendant threatened cops if I couldn't pay.
- - I paid by credit card because I had no cash.
MarcParc- Chicago Parking garage-My temporary agency gave me a pass for MarParc on Wells so I parked in Wells garage the first day. however, the second day I saw anothe Marc- Parc on Hubbard/Orleans just around the corner thinking weel they are the same company so i'll just park there.
However , When I got ready to leave and pay for my parking they would not take my employer's prepaid ticket for Wells. The attendant and his supervisor sauid you'll have to pay or will call the cops! I used my credit card as I had no cash! Now, how *** is this you have the same name but you won't accept a card from another location!
Don't name your company the same if you're NOT! going to accept another location ith the same name's tickets!
It is nice for MarcParc to use their name recognition at all their locations but then when it comes down to servicing the customer they want it both ways and now there all of sudden all seperate from each other!
