I am writing to formally report an incident that occurred at your store located at 3245 Wonderland Rd S, London, ON, on April 17 at approximately 8:30 PM. During my visit, a manager approached me and my friend and accused us of speaking badly about her and making fun of her.

These accusations were completely false. The situation escalated in front of other customers, which caused me significant embarrassment and discomfort. I found this behavior to be highly unprofessional and inappropriate, especially coming from someone in a management position. As a result, I felt humiliated and was unable to continue my shopping, and I chose to leave the store.

I expect a higher standard of professionalism from your staff, particularly management. I am requesting that this incident be reviewed and addressed appropriately.

This happened at the Dollard des Ormeaux store. After getting what I needed I get in line at the only cash opened.

Then some employee tells me to come to the self-service cash and she would do the scanning... Once I got there she tells me to do it at tells me she will show me how it's done. I protested but did go through with it. I told her that I did not mind waiting in line at the regular cash, she replied everyone will have to learn to use the self-service cash.

This pissed me off.

I'm not paid to do HER job.

I will never go shopping at any Adonis ever again.

I have no problem dealing with any computer, it's been my job for the past 40 years.

What I object to is employees of a store forcing me to do their job.

It's been shown that since self-service cash have been installed in numerous stores there has been a big increase in shoplifting and customers cheating when scanning their products. So I hope they go bankrupt.
